Measuring jeans waistband correctly: How to find the perfect fit in plus sizes

Our stated dimensions are measured directly on the textile.
To determine your own textile circumference, please follow these steps:

e.g. jeans:
These are stretched to their maximum extent when closed.
Measure the single width.
The measured dimension multiplied by two is the textile circumference.
